Chef Beau MacMillan is an acclaimed American chef, television personality and hospitality innovator whose career has spanned more than three decades.
A New England native, MacMillan began cooking professionally as a teenager before building his career in acclaimed kitchens including the Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles and Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica. In 1998, he was recruited to Arizona, where he would spend more than two decades leading the culinary program at Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain and its signature restaurant, elements, helping establish both as nationally recognized culinary destinations.
